COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course teaches SIMPLE unarmed disabling strikes with hands, feet, knees, elbows, and training on deploying pepper spray. Additionally, learn strategies to identify and avoid assaults before they happen as well as situational awareness strategies.

• Class tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. Courses can be rescheduled one time up to 24 hours prior to the course start time.
